China's first 200,000 tonnes of foundry waste sodium silicate bonded sand reclaimation line completed construction
On March 25, 2015, the 200,000 tonnes of foundry waste sodium silicate bonded sand reclaimation deep-processing line, which is based on a central control system, was put into trial operation at CAM Foundry Materials Technology (Fujian) Co., Ltd. The processing line can reclaim water glass bonded silica sand, chromite sand and silica sand powder. Using the reclaimation line, the used sodium silicate bonded sand will be deep-processed into 16 categories of products including industrial raw materials such as refractory for furnace bottom, fire retardant coating for metals to resist high temperature, acid-resistance coating, decorative coating for embossed walls, lime powder activation, as well as foundry inorganic coatings, green cement, silica fume, etc.
